Booking
First use
Before to use a microscope you need to be train. Contact us to define an appointment, usually 2hours or 3hours.
During this training, think has to bring us the sheet new user sheet .
Procedure
After the training, go on IRIS, the booking website and join : IRIS, le site de réservation
The protocol to join IRIS is in document joined on this page.
Once signed and connect :
if you joined the group “plateforme d’imagerie de l’IBENS”, go in Browse → Ressource → Acces. On this page you can book the microscope.
If you did not joind the group, go to Brows - > Group, look and join the group “plateforme d’imagerie de l’IBENS”.
Rules
General rules
- It’s obligatory to join IRIS and contact platform before any use.
- Only the users formed by a member of the platform can use a microscope.
- The user registered on the calendar has to be the person who come to use the microscope.
- The person who makes the last reservation of the day is responsible for the extinction of the microscope.
- You can cancel a reservation at the latest 24 hours before the reservation. After that, you should contact the platforms.
- Any cancellation must be put back in the schedule.
SP5 special rules
- You cannot booking a slot into more of 2 week.
- Between 10 am and 18pm the was limit at 2 hours
- It’s impossible to make more than 3 reservation a person and a week.
