Research project :
I’m interested in the mechanisms of gene expression regulation by
non-coding elements in the Human genome. I am currently trying to
understand what features may allow to discriminate functional vs
non-functional mutations in regulatory regions. I am also working on
building regulatory gene networks, by searching for shared sequence motifs
in predicted regulatory sequences associated with co-expressed genes.
